The quirky and unique atmosphere of this place was definitely memorable. I loved the little outside area and the cool claw foot bath. The fireplace was a great addition, although I didn't use it. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was very convenient, being just behind the main street, making it easily accessible yet surprisingly quiet. One advantage that stood out was the ability to bring my pooch along and enjoy the lovely garden area. It was nice to sit outside and have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

We booked this accommodation last minute for a one night stay and were pleasantly surprised by the original features and wonderful garden. The quirky and adventurous spirit of the previous storekeepers quarters made it an authentic and comfortable experience. Having a bath in the old claw foot tub by candlelight was marvellous, perfect for those looking for something out of the ordinary.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

My stay at The Shopkeepers Quarters was such a pleasant surprise! The cottage itself was beautifully restored, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also loved the location, as it was private, quiet, and surrounded by a gorgeous little garden. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. Despite a few observations, such as the lack of amenities and the need for some improvements, the positives far outweigh any minor drawbacks. I highly recommend this lovely place and its convenient location.

I recently stayed at a charming accommodation in the heart of town. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the centre of town, close to everything. The room was quaint and comfortable, with a very comfy bed. I also loved the outside courtyard, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was provided and the host was generous with serving sizes.

The only downside was the outside toilet, which may bother some people.

The best aspects of my stay were the pet-friendly accommodation and the quirky and stylish decor. It was great to be able to bring my furry friend along with me. The location of the hotel was also key, right in the center of town on the main street. It made it convenient for exploring the area. The bed was very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.
